Standard Portrait Session

The warm, welcoming environment of a home studio puts more elements completely in our control. A large collection of props, newborn, toddler, and maternity outfits, and tons of backdrops allows for customization for each client. You are our focus come session day, so the set design begins long before the session and is tailored to your colors, wishes, and dreams. Putting together something gorgeous, magical, and breathtaking is Kim's favorite part and the studio is her little piece of heaven.

Professional Editing/enhancing of all images

If you are looking for a photographer who will take many images and then put them right onto a disk for you and send you on your way with little care of what you wear, how it will all flow, if the final product was to perfection, then we might not be the studio for you. Each image is Kim's Art the same way painters create on canvas. Every image is scrutinized for quality and crafted to meet the professional standards for photography. Although, you can purchase your entire gallery on USB, you will feel assured that each image has been perfected and touched by an artist who wants you to feel the love and emotion in your images.

One of a kind props and sets

Choices that surprise everyone who walk into the studio. Hockey, fisherman, baby bear, tutus, wraps, the list goes on. In your consultation you get to express your dreams and Kim works to complement them with a fashion sense that creates amazing portraits.Whether it’s antique or new, traditional or modern, props can add that perfect something to a wall portrait. Artistic Bliss Portraits is always collecting, designing, and building our props some are one of a kind but all are chosen to put amazing art on your walls.

Outdoor Sessions

Oregon is one of the most beautiful States I ever ever been too so of course we love to do outdoor sessions. With prime light being as sunrise and sunset we use the environment to capture your amazing portraits. We have lots of farmland options, fields, parks, ponds, and even city spaces that will fit your desires. With the beautiful outdoors as your backdrop the options are endless, we have made beautiful art all over our home area of Washington County, sessions on Mt. Hood, the beautiful beach, Bend areas, Downtown Portland, Vernonia, and even Yakima, Washington. Travel Fees apply depending upon location chosen.

In-Home

We will even come to your home for a fee if desired and set up our mobile studio. Have a babies room that is your style for a backdrop, or a setting on your property that you would love to include, we will go mobile in order to meet your needs.

Hair and Make-up

Artistic Bliss Portraits wants you to feel pampered on your day so we offer in studio hair and make up as an optional addition to your session. Our talented hair and make up artist, Alysia Fitzgerald, will work with your features to make you look and feel beautiful before stepping on set.  Alysia will speak with you about the options, your style, and then...lights, camera, and action!  This is the ultimate in primping and would be an amazing addition to your portraits. Fee applies depending upon services provided.

Senior Picutres

The time has come to celebrate your senior year. Capture your style, feeling and passion with portraits to make your parents proud while keeping your own personality. In studio or outside we will help you find the look that you want, you bring the style, we will capture the personality.

Boudoir and Glamour Photography

WOW!! That is what comes out of these sessions. There are not enough adjectives to describe the results. Significant others see these pictures, often in one of our "Little Black Books", and are stunned. With hair and make-up, a few drinks if desired, some yummy food boudoir sessions are fun, full of laughs and looks to stun. Every woman should experience this pampering and fun experience.  Yes, everyone comes nervous, but that goes right away and we make magic that captures your beauty in a timeless portrait.  This is a classy session with the focus on the desires.

 Maternity photography

Expectant mothers are at their most radiant and beautiful time in their life.  That beauty takes so many shapes and sizes but the miracle is the true moment that needs to be captured.  Artistic Bliss Portraits has special outfits, techniques, and lighting for all shapes and sizes, to highlight this time in your life. So whether you have very little bump, or your bump is bursting with character, be proud to bring us that bump! We will make you happy you didn't miss the chance to honor the upcoming arrival of your precious little one.

Newborn

Truly a monumental time in your life and one that should not go un-photographed. As a mother of 6 and a newborn photographer I often hold a newborn and can't remember my children being that small although I always thought I'd never forget, not one moment.  I am lucky enough to have portraits to get that memory back that I long for. Don't you deserve that?  We have collected hundred of props, outfits, and sets to match your dreams, decor, babies room, or even whimsical taste. 

Newborn STUDIO SET UP

We transform our studio into a warm comfortable environment controlled around 80 degrees. This allows for naked babies without distress while soothing them to sleep. In combination with newborns preferably under 10 days this creates the dreamy baby that makes you emotional every time you see the portraits.

Oh and did I mention already that not only are we parents of 6 but we are both paramedics, so we like to get you a little something to eat and drink and let you sit back and relax a bit while we care very safely for your precious little one.

Family and Children

We love following our clients through through lives. Portraits are often taking at all the milestones and we want to be there with you. Family sessions are done with your style in mind. Many are done in studio where the backdrops and sets can go from classic to funky graffiti backgrounds. Pets are even welcome if well behaved. 

I often get told that my child like personality is what makes kids love me, and that's ok with me!  We have a great time with my bag of tricks and our special treasure box. Our studio is much like a magical fairyland.

Cake Smash

Celebration of that 1st birthday is one that should be captured with something more that an iPhone picture. The Cake Smash session is color matched to your party, includes a custom made cake, and just as the description says they get to tear into it while we shoot and laugh. A follow up bubble bath portrait session and a clean yummy one year old is your prize. 

Couples Photography

Where to start, start at the beginning! Who says you have be engaged to get portraits together?  And who says that once your married or have kids that you shouldn't get portraits just together anymore?!? Capture the love and chemistry between you and your love. In studio or outside we will make this fun and memorable.

Boudoir

Artistic Bliss Boudoir is the sensual expression of the artist, Kim Torris. As a separate special experience the boudoir session is private, fun, and provides a classy experience that is a must for everyone.

Sessions include professional hair and make-up by Alysia Fitzgerald and will put you in a mood that makes your glow in the portraits while setting those whom you share the images glow as well.
